Jon Anderson is a husband, father, rancher, performance coach and man of faith. He lives in Minneota, Minnesota where he raises commercial cattle along with organic/grass fed cattle with his beautiful wife and three kids. Through his challenges and accomplishments with the farm and various leadership positions in agribusiness, Jon discovered the true importance of leadership and the impact that a leader can have in life. Jon believes everyone has the potential to be a leader, and, from his own experience, he knows a good coach can bring that potential forward. So, when he is not taking care of cattle, wrangling up kids, or training horses, Jon, trains and coaches agribusiness employees mostly with ag retailers both for his own company and as VP of Program Delivery for AG's #1 coaching company - #thrivetoday. He is known as “The Cowboy Coach” .
